Terms of Service:

The Rental Expense Manager (REM) App is available through the App Store as a Licensed Application and subject to your acceptance of this End User License Agreement (EULA) and all terms specified in Apple's Standard EULA.  The REM license may be purchased as an auto-renewal subscription or for continual usage via a one-time payment (not currently available).

  • Auto-Renewal Terms - Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account once you confirm purchase.  Your iTunes account will be charged again when your subscription automatically renews at the end of your current subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to end of the current period.  You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
  • Account Upgrades/Downgrades - You may use the Lite version of REM on a continual basis and upgrade to the Basic, Premium or Unlimited versions at anytime. If upgrading from Basic to Premium, a credit will be given by Apple based on a prorated amount. If upgrading from Basic or Premium to Unlimited there is no credit provided by Apple. When downgrading to Basic or Lite versions there is no credit provided by Apple.
  • Continual Usage - Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as a one-time charge once you confirm purchase.
  • Price Changes - Prices are subject to change. Any price increases will require confirmation from the user before being charged. This is Apple's standard policy.

Should you choose to opt-out of renewal, downgrade or cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the app for review and exporting data after terminating the service, but adding new expenses may be deactivated based on the downgrade/cancellation choice.  By activating this app, you agree to terms stated here and to the subscription fees until they are terminated by you.

Any data stored by the REM App on your device or elsewhere is the responsibility of the user. By activating this app, you agree to not hold the author or VouTek LLC responsible for any loss of data or any other cost due to device, server, or app malfunction / other anomaly.
